use it up-use it all up-don't save a thing for later.

I've been on weekend shoots for almost the past month now (2 weeks ago in Guelph, last weekend in Hamilton, this coming weekend in Toronto)-as well as going to class during the week -this has really cut into my blogging time. All the shoots went well... had a lot of fun in Hamilton this past weekend... going out to a party and getting pretty drunk (by my standards-heh) and then getting up to shoot at 6 the next morning.

In other news last Tuesday I was one of those insane people you might have heard about on your local newscast that went out to stand in the cold overnight for a chance to give Microsoft 600$! Yeah-I got the XBOX360-but anyone who knows me won't be shocked by that. The line was more fun than I imagined and the people that showed up were really nice. Most of them turned out to be parents, getting the system for kids. I was there at 3AM and fouth in line---the store had 12 systems. Everyone shared blankets and went on coffee runs--a few teenage guys that were there before me were even nice enough to make the coffee "irish" for me (I don't normally drink at 3, but this was an exception). I do, however, have a nasty cold now---i'm sure this is a direct result of either waiting outside on that morning OR from being outside shooting all weekend.

Happy Trails

))<>(( pooping back and fourth. forever.

I feel like I'm falling behind so here's a post to sum up the past week and a half;

I went back to visit STRATFORD/VARNA and see my friends last weekend. A fun time was had by all involved. Stayed over at Toby's on Saturday night-went out to "THE BARS". I really miss standing around downtown Stratford when "THE BARS" let out-waiting for a fight, smoking, trying to stay warm and eventually getting bored and heading over to PIZZA PIZZA. Just one small part of The Stratford Experience that still makes me a bit misty eyed. Speaking of misty eyed I was able to watch THE SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PANTS during my few days off and-oh my-did those pants ever work thier magic on me! I had the luxury of visiting with Johny and Lorren and Sarah and Steve and, of couse, Toby... I hadn't seen a few of them in awhile so it was nice to "chill" with them-ha.

Came back to Toronto for the GAMESHOW taping on Wednesday night. It won't be on the air till the spring but when you see it keep in mind the lasers, explosions and studio audience rendered me an idiot for about 75 percent of the show! The makeup they sprayed on me was pretty brutal-it took around 25 minutes of scrubbing to get off my face/head but just wait untill you see how HOT I looked!

Nine Inch Nails on Thursday- The show was great, less violent than I'm used to-probably because the Air Canada Centre was "dry" as a result of a alcohol board violation. Colin and myself stayed at the WESTIN HARBOUR CASTLE-which was a quick (and very cold) two minute walk away from the show. Afterwards Adam and Amanda came back to the room where we used a cork screw to break holes in the caps of
Lowenbrau (no bottle opener) and ordered large amounts of pizza at unresonable times. I feel sorry for the chambermaid that had to clean up after us the next day.

ALSO-See "JARHEAD" and then when you're finished at the theatre go and rent "ME YOU AND EVERYONE WE KNOW". They were both excellent.
